How To build a web site for mobiles

If you have a computer access, you can easily (and for free) build a web site adapted to work with mobiles, as long as they have a browser. The site will also work when access from PC, and might be better that a typical internet site if the user has a slow connection.
I recommend one of the following free tools:

So if you need to make some information available to a maximum number of people it might be the best solution.
Note: The creation and hosting of the site is free. But end-user will have to pay some access charges to their operator.
